Allô Toulouse: an ergonomic redesign with the aim of expanding

Allô Toulouse is a service set up by Toulouse Métropole to respond to requests from residents of the Toulouse commune. This service currently has a mobile application designed to facilitate the management of requests and reports from citizens of the metropolis, while alleviating telephone lines.

However, this application requires a complete overhaul to improve its ergonomics, aesthetics and intuitiveness, while eliminating the technological obstacles encountered by its users. The planned improvements are designed to make the application more accessible, efficient and pleasant to use.

Once these improvements have been made, the application can be extended to the whole of the Toulouse metropolitan area, offering its functionalities to a greater number of users and improving the management of requests on a metropolitan scale.
